We had a family gathering down at my aunt and uncle's house at Panora, they live along the privately owned lake. Actually it was a hugh slumber party! There were 27 there during the day and 15 that stayed over night! Thanks to my aunt and uncle for the mini-vacation and awesome hospitality!! Picture below:There was plenty of shade to watch from the shore as others swam and rode on the boat and jet skiis!
After having a fun day on the water, and of course LOTS of great food, we played a game of Minute to Win It. Here Jonathan is timed to see how long he can keep the red feather in the air. (right above his nose) I think he won and received some chocolate! We also sang some of my grandma and grandpa's favorite songs together. Good thing my other aunt typed up the words because there were several I'd never heard before! Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed it!
After watching others being pulled on the inner tube, Jena decided she wanted to try. She loved it! I think she went on it the most. So far I haven't heard any complaints of sore muscles :)
Jonathan got his thrill ride on the jet ski! He loved it! I took him out once and we did circles to splash water, kept us both giggling!
